Introduction Letter

To formally introduce ourselves, our names are Paul and Geri Schaefer. We are an independent financial advisor business located in Iowa City, Iowa. We have access to a wide variety of investment programs with moderate investment outlook for risk tolerance. Combining these elements allows us the ability to place the needs and objectives of our clients first, while maintaining investment strategies designed to accumulate wealth over the long term.

We offer securities through Oberweis Securities, Inc., which is a full service financial consulting business. Brokerage accounts with Oberweis Securities Inc. are carried by National Financial Services LLC (“NFS”), a Fidelity Investments Company. Securities in accounts carried by NFS are protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (“SIPC”) up to $500,000 (including cash claims limited to $100,000). NFS has arranged for additional unlimited insurance protection for cash and securities to supplement its SIPC coverage. Neither coverage protects against a decline in the market value of securities.

At Eagle Investment Services, we manage client portfolios including mutual funds, stocks,
treasury and corporate bonds, tax-free municipal bonds, annuities, life insurance, money market accounts, and CD's. Our goal is to give our clients an opportunity to become debt free and retire early if they so desire.

We have been in business for fifteen years and manage approximately $34,000,000 in assets for approximately 770 client accounts. Our clients are located in 23 states and overseas. *
